If you bought it new from Grosh's Reverb store, then Grosh. If it was a used one from a private seller, start with them.

That happened to me with another store. Usually, one is just a pre-authorization that drops off. Check your bank statement in a day or two.

I don't think they do direct trade-ins. Usually, you'd sell your old one and buy new. Or check if any of their authorized dealers do.
